Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist respective teams with daily operational and project-based tasks
  • Work on tools, reports, documentation, and data analysis relevant to the department
  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned work
  • Submit a final project/report at the end of the internship

Qualifications Required:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
    • B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/EEE)
    • BCA / MCA
    • BBA / MBA (HR/Marketing/Finance)
    • B.Com / M.Com
    • Any relevant field based on chosen department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of tools or concepts related to the chosen field
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional work environment.

Sales Manager – Government Vertical

10-12 Years

Skill Set required:

  1. Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions.
  2. Understands buying process cycle in government (State, Central Ministries & PSU) and should be well known with the dynamics of Government sector. Manages relationship with system integrators to ensure horizontal penetration into accounts
  3. Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition
  4. Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
  5. Strong account management and business acumen
  6. Experience of working with SIs / Partners on large and complex deals.
  7. Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis
  8. Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Generation from New Account and direct sales and marketing of products/services
  2. Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting them to satisfied customer
  3. Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo/ Vertical
  4. Will be responsible for managing govt. accounts in Pan India.
  5. Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
  6. Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
  7. Positioning of products and solutions
  8. Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship – Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat purchases upgrades and cross sales of products and solutions
  9. Demonstrated excellence in giving presentation and arranging demonstration of the products in different government sectors, influencing the specification of the product and making the company strong even if tender comes out
  10. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  11. Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in government segment.
  12. Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
  13. Desired Profile The candidate must have-:
    – The ability to coordinate with OEM and customer to position various products.
    – Deep knowledge in the process of tendering process in PSU & Govt.
    – The ability to support the customer in national level on sales as well as support prospective.
    – The ability to assessment and understand competitors week point in large tendering/ bidding process

Qualification and Experience:

  1. MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute.
  2. 10-12 years of experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions with at least 4-5 years of software solutions sales experience in government vertical.

Business Development Manager

Job Description – 

  • Experienced Sales Person with 7 -10 years of sales acumen
  • Expertise / Specialization in Govt Sales / Central / State / PSU / NIC
  • Exposure in Software Applications space is a must
  • Deep understanding of software / solution sales is needed
  • Expertise in selling  customized solutions is a must
  • Selling COTS would be an added benefit
  • Relationship / account management is essential
  • Candidates with exposure of complete RFP process is needed
  • The role envisages creating requirements to bidding to deal closure
  • IT Infrastructure knowledge would be quite helpful in this role
  • Any experience in Corporate / Enterprise accounts would be an added benefit

Must Have –

  • Conceptualizing and selling SW customized solutions is a must
  • Portal / Web site / Web apps knowledge is a must
  • Sales of IT services would be a added benefit
  • Selling in government space is essential
  • Understanding on Government RFPs / GEM bid Responses knowledge is essential
