RV Solutions takes it a step further on Friday, 23rd February 2018. It opened a state of the art repair centre thus expanding its range of services in the region comprising the eight states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. This adds another dimension into the service sector for a geography whose telecom needs are increasing manifold.
The inauguration was well attended by the clients of RVS. Not only the clients applauded the idea of the lab but also congratulated the team of giving their best. This Repair Lab, as mentioned by one of the visiting partners, is a right move by RVS as the government is also focussed to improve the Telecom tele-density in this region and getting it close to 100% by 2020. There would definitely be a lot of action in the telecom ecosystem in the next twenty four to thirty six months in this region”. Another visitor congratulated on the team on a visionary step.
The visitors were welcomed traditionally by company CEO, Ms. Vandana Seth, Business Head (Telecom group), Manish Kukreja and the regional team of the company. The CEO mentioned that “RV Solutions (RVS) has added the well-equipped lab to cater to the needs of the region. This would not only help its clients to save time and to reduce their costs but also generate more employment in the region.”
Mr Manish Kukreja, mentioned that “Our services in NESA now constitute of repair lab along with warehouse managed well with world-class repair Equipment and automated systems for tracking the defectives. We have deployed skilled repair engineers. The Primary Objective of this centre would be to facilitate short distance goods movement thus helping its clients to save time and to reduce their costs. All of this is integrated seamlessly with our pan-India delivery network. Simply put, what you get is time- and cost-efficiency, improved order fulfilment, and constant traceability”.
RVS is the first Company as a Service Provider who has set up their own Lab particularly for NESA Region. It is associated with all Major OEM’s and Operators in the Circle and aims to increase it manifold in the coming months.
