RV Regional meets are planned to connect to the employees of the region annually. The senior management team including the Business head, the HR head and the CEO meet the team of a region. The theme of the meet this year is “Badte Kadam” based on the philosophy of continual learning and improvement with the ethos of moving ‘always forward’.

The agenda is built around the key elements that will enable RVS to gain a share in these markets and move towards making RVS the preferred technology solutions service provider and one of the most Admired Brand by 2021. Since a happy and engaged employee is the key to an organization’s success, innovative activities were conducted to drive this objective at RVS. The cross division’s teams from RVS participated in this two day event.

This two day program was based on the pillars of development at RVS which included

  1. Living and experiencing the values that define our culture.

  2. Accepting No Limits.

  3. Alternate Thinking.

  4. Driving Positive Change.

The senior leadership was continuously exhorting the team to rise above the constraints and challenges that we face in our lives.

There was also a mix of high intense group dynamic exercises conducted by experts. Each Exercise was followed by a debriefing in which the lessons were correlated to the RVS values.

The early morning was full of fun where fitness was given due importance and team was advised to make it an integral part of their daily routine. The evening was a riot of singing, dance and music and of course food. All the team members were supposed to perform.

In between, there were lot of discussions. Badte Kadam was an event to encourage team to share their experiences at RVS. The team spoke about how they have grown in RV and how they look at the future. They also shared their crazy experiences at work. Lot of stress was given to the values of the company, on how we relate to them and how they should reflect in our work and behaviour.

People who performed beyond their comfort zone were honoured with the special excellent in services award which was presented by the CEO Ms, Vandana Seth speaking during the event Vandana said that “excellence should be a habit and it should be practised by all, this is what would keep us ahead”
