With the Digital Revolution all around, NABL launched its accreditation program through online application. RV Solutions developed a web based application for NABL and help them to support the Governments Digital India initiative.
Feature of the application:
- Labs are able to make online payments of the processing fee
- All the forms of lab accreditation process would be automated and the complete history can be maintain within the system
- Each lab request shall be given a unique number and each request will go through a complete process of accreditation
- When laboratory apply for accreditation for desired field and discipline, Laboratory status will be the applicant
Lab status will be as follows:

- Withdraw Voluntary
- Withdraw force
- Withdraw Suspense
- Withdraw Abeyance
One NABL officer is assigned for laboratories, to process in dividing into 12 different stages. One stage depends on other stage. NABL Officer can plan single or multiple stages at a time.
Users have been assigned various permission and rights of the varied forms as per their responsibilities.
Once the laboratory is accredited, the status can be change to various states mentioned within the agreement.
States after accreditation:
- Scrutiny Assessment
- Adequacy of quality manual
- Pre Assessment
- Final Assessment
- Security of Assessment Report
- Recommendation for accreditation
- Approval of accreditation
- Issue of accreditation Certificate
- Onsite Surveillance
- Reassessment
- Verification
While planning any stage an assessor will be assigned for the same. If NABL wish to plan for various stages then same or multiple assessor will be assigned for the stages.
Status in stages will be as follows:
- Due (Default)
- Fixed
- Complete
When NABL officer plan for the stage, by default stage will be in DUE state, Officer will be assigned for the same stage then status will be updated as FIXED. Once assessor is assigned for stage then status will be updated to COMPLETE.
Certificate will be issued after completing stages “Issue of accreditation Certificate”
