Sales Manager – Industrial Automation

Job Objective:
To lead and drive sales of industrial automation solutions including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, and IoT-based products and services. The candidate will be responsible for strategy, business development, key account management, and expanding the customer base across India.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and achieve annual sales targets for Industrial Automation vertical.
    • Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
    • Build a strong pipeline by targeting Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.
    • Manage large strategic accounts and develop long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.

National Sales Head

Role Description:

As the National Sales Head you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base within the business-to-business (B2B) sales segment. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing and senior management to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that accelerate sales growth and maximize profitability. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, business development, and sales leadership.

Senior Technical Support Engineer knowledge of software development life-cycle, experience of preparation of tender, tender management, SRS, Project handling etc. They would be required to handle all the e-tools implemented at the RO and act as L-1 support for most of them. They should have atleast 3+ years’ experience B.Tech and equivalent, OR, 2+ years’ experience M. tech and equivalent. However, At least 1 year of government experience is must.
