Sales Manager – Industrial Automation
Job Objective:
To lead and drive sales of industrial automation solutions including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, and IoT-based products and services. The candidate will be responsible for strategy, business development, key account management, and expanding the customer base across India.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own and achieve annual sales targets for Industrial Automation vertical.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
- Build a strong pipeline by targeting Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.
- Manage large strategic accounts and develop long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and project execution teams for solution development.
- Lead proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.
- Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and product improvement suggestions.
- Represent the company in industry forums, trade shows, and partner events.
- Mentor junior sales or business development team members.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus)
- 10–15 years of proven experience in selling Industrial Automation products/solutions
- Strong network with Automation OEMs and Automotive/Manufacturing clients
- Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, Sensors, Industrial Networking, and IIoT
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel frequently across India
