Cadre Management application is HRMS system for the government vertical, with specific objective of unbiased implementation of transfer & posting policy of Govt. of India.
Cadre Management System is an efficient system for the submission storage and retrieval of officer’s personal information and information regarding postings of the officers on regular/exempted posts and/or deputation, thus giving a complete view of the profile. The Transfer and Posting Utility helps the administration in the implementation of the Transfer and Posting policy for officers. Various reports like Disposition report, Vacancy report and Due List give a quick view of current postings and corresponding calculations based on the policy.

The web-based system provides a solution to:

  • Support the business process of submitting, updating, retrieval of personal & posting details received from officers
  • Display various reports, based on various calculations as per the Transfer and Posting policy, to assist the Transfer Committee during Annual General Transfers
  • Implement the Transfer Orders to give the updated status of relieving/joining of the officers and hence keep updated profile of the officer
